Four phases, one of them on site
The same sequence on every engagement. The fourth phase is the one that separates a specification from an outcome.
Discover
1–2 weeks
Arrival curve from your past registration data, hall plan, venue network survey, stakeholder list.
Architect
2–3 weeks
Sizing, topology, redundancy plan and runbook. Everything with a lead time gets committed here.
Deploy
2–4 days
Kit staged and tested on site, dry run against the real network, staff briefed the evening before.
Operate
Show days
Control room live through show days, with one named lead on the floor who can make decisions.

Before you brief us
01What happens if the venue network fails on show morning?
The floor keeps running. Anything delegate-facing holds its own local state and reconciles when the link returns, and we carry a bonded 4G path as the second route. Both are tested at the dry run, not assumed.
02Do you supply the staff, or do we?
Either. Our standard is our own trained crew with one named floor lead. If you prefer your volunteers, we brief them the evening before and keep the lead, because the lead is who carries the decisions.
03How is this priced?
Delegate count, show days, halls, and whether we supply hardware. We quote an indicative range first and a fixed figure after the venue survey, because a survey routinely changes the answer.
