Live event technology & operations
Event technology that runsthe room, not just the website
We run registration, badging, streaming and live translation for conferences of 200 to 12,000 delegates. Our team is in the control room on show day, not on a call.

The event ladder
Four months before, and the morning of
Our work runs in a sequence. Filling the room comes first, the floor comes second, the numbers come after. Most problems on show day were decided weeks earlier.
Before the doors open
Event mobile app
Agenda, personal schedule, delegate messaging and live polls. Ships as your brand, not ours, and caches the full agenda for the venue basement.
Read the detail →AI voice & WhatsApp helpdesk
Handles the seven questions that make up most of your helpdesk volume, in Hindi and English. Escalates to a human the moment it is unsure.
Read the detail →Delegate acquisition & AI outreach
Targeted outreach, qualification and registration, reported as cost per confirmed registration by channel, weekly. You see the funnel, not a summary.

Venue sourcing, room blocks, transfers and offsite programmes across Indian destinations. One contract, one point of escalation.

On the floor
Registration & check-in
Pre-printed badges, twelve-counter floors and offline-first software. Nine seconds per delegate at the counter, and it keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi drops.
Read the detail →Badging & access control
Thermal badge printing at about 900 an hour, plus RFID, QR or NFC access at hall doors. We size the portal count from your session clash map.
Read the detail →Live streaming & hybrid
SRT or RTMP ingest with a redundant second path, multi-hall and multi-language. We run the encoder on site so an uplink wobble does not end the session.
Read the detail →Real-time dubbing & interpretation
Twelve target languages from one feed at 2.4-second median latency, or human interpreters in booths where accuracy has to be certified. Often both.
Read the detail →AI activations & LED experiences
Photo and video activations on LED walls that people queue for on purpose. We report scans, shares and dwell time, so sponsors can price it next year.
Read the detail →AV production & rental
Staging, LED, line arrays, lighting and crew. Kit is specified against the room's acoustics and sightlines, not against a package tier.
Read the detail →Exhibition & sponsor technology
Lead capture at the stand, badge scanning, booth analytics and a sponsor portal. The numbers a sponsor needs to justify renewing.
Read the detail →Safety, crowd & reunification
Occupancy monitoring, crowd flow planning and group reunification for large venues. Built for the moment a family gets separated, not for a slide.

After the show
Event media & delivery
Photography, video and same-day highlight cuts, with face-based gallery search so a delegate finds their own photographs in seconds.
Read the detail →Analytics & ROI reporting
Session attendance, dwell time, sponsor scans and pipeline attribution, delivered inside five working days. Figures you can put in a board pack.

Measured, not estimated
Every figure here came off a show floor
We report cost per registration, seconds per delegate and latency in milliseconds because those are the numbers that decide whether an event runs. Adjectives do not survive a 3,000-person arrival curve.

How we work
Four phases, one of them on site
The fourth phase is the one that matters. Anyone can specify a registration system; the question is who is standing at counter six when the printer jams.
Discover
1–2 weeks
Arrival curve from your past registration data, hall plan, venue network survey, stakeholder list. We ask for last year's numbers before we quote this year's.
Architect
2–3 weeks
Counter sizing, network topology, redundancy plan, badge stock order, runbook draft. Everything that has a lead time gets committed here.
Deploy
2–4 days
Kit staged and tested on site, full dry run against the real network, staff briefed the evening before. Nothing arrives on show morning.
Operate
Show days
Control room live through the event. One named lead on the floor with authority to make decisions. This is the phase agencies subcontract and we do not.

Seven products we build, host and answer for
We do not resell other people’s software for the parts that decide whether an event works. These are ours, which is why we can change them mid-show.

Let's buildthe room
Send us the date, the city and the headcount. We come back with counter sizing, a staffing figure and a costed range, usually inside three working days.
