Pricing
How pricing actually works
We do not publish a price list, and we would rather explain why than pretend. A 300-delegate single-hall event and a 6,000-delegate four-hall congress share almost nothing. Any single figure covering both would be fiction.
What we can do is tell you exactly what drives the number, and commit to a costed range within three working days of getting four facts.

Cost drivers
What moves the number
In rough order of impact. If you want to reduce cost, the top three are where the leverage is — not the technology choices.

How we quote
A range first, a fixed figure after the survey
Send four facts — date, city, headcount, number of halls — and we return an indicative range within three working days. That range is honest about its own uncertainty and usually spans about 25%.
The fixed figure comes after the venue survey, because a survey routinely changes the answer. On one recent 900-delegate summit it removed two counters and reduced the quote. On another it found a shared uplink that added a bonded 4G line.
We do not charge for the survey on an event we are quoting.
