You may read, download and share anything published here for your own evaluation, including inside a tender or an internal business case. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You may not scrape the site to build a competing directory, or present our written material as your own work.

Figures produced by the calculators and the proposal builder are indicative ranges based on what you enter. They are not offers and not binding. A binding figure follows a venue survey and appears in a signed proposal.

Where we publish operational figures — seconds per delegate, dubbing latency, printer throughput — those are measured on our own deployments on our standard configurations. Your venue, kit and delegate profile will move them.

Case studies are anonymised composites unless a client has cleared attribution in writing. Figures within them are real and measured. Where a client is described generically, that is deliberate rather than evasive.

We aim to keep this site available but make no uptime commitment for it. Uptime commitments for hosted products live in the relevant service agreement, and current status is published on the status page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
