Before you brief us
01Do we own the code?
Yes. Repository, infrastructure definitions and deploy pipeline are handed over, and the handover includes a session where your team deploys it while we watch.
02Can you work alongside our existing team?
That is the usual arrangement. We take defined surfaces with defined interfaces rather than embedding loosely, because shared ownership of the same module is where velocity goes to die.
03What happens after launch?
Either you run it, or we do under a managed support agreement with named engineers and defined response windows. Both are priced separately so you are not paying for support you do not use.
